Job Description:
The Residential Sales Consultant position is an exciting opportunity to develop and close residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations. This outside sales role involves utilizing traditional lead-generation techniques as well as internal, lead pipelines to foster relationships with prospective customers and referral partners.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Present comfort options of residential HVAC and water heater products and services to new and established customers.
2. Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach satisfaction.
3. Create relationships with prospective customer referrals initiating calls to generate sales.
4. Work collaboratively with technical team members onsite promoting 100% customer satisfaction experience.
