Business Information Security Officer

We are looking for a BISO who will set the vision for information security development at the company level. You will develop and implement solutions from scratch and lead initiatives to develop complex technical strategies.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development of strategic plans and define development directions, including new products, technologies, and solutions
* Coordinate participants and ensure successful implementation of technical initiatives
* Define the Information Security product vision at the company level
* Oversee and achieve the roadmap goals
* Conduct audits of the company's services to ensure compliance with Information Security standards
* Establish a vulnerability management process
* Develop and implement SIEM practices
* Implement EDR solutions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, preferably in information security
* 8 years of hands-on experience in information security, using information protection technology
* Experience in development or implementation of information security solutions (AVPO/EDR, IDS/IPS, WAF, NGFW, SIEM, Vulnerability Management)
* Experience applying information security standards
* Knowledge of architecture and working with Linux and Windows
* Knowledge of network technologies and local area network principles
* Knowledge of modern web applications
* Experience with public clouds and understanding of cloud concepts
