The Engineer Intern provides technical and administrative support to engineering teams throughout the design, testing, and implementation phases of projects. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience that bridges academic knowledge with real-world engineering applications. Key Responsibilities
 * Assist engineers with project design, research, and data analysis under supervision.
 * Prepare and update technical drawings, schematics, and models using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB.
 * Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, reports, and presentations for ongoing projects.
 * Conduct research on materials, technologies, and design improvements to support product development.
 * Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting, documenting results and observations.
 * Collect and analyze engineering data to identify trends, inconsistencies, or potential improvements.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.
 * Assist in monitoring project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
 * Learn and apply company standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.
 * Contribute ideas for innovation, sustainability, and process optimization during project discussions.
 * Maintain organized project files and technical records to ensure proper documentation control.
 * Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and site visits when applicable.
 * Provide general administrative and technical support to the engineering department as needed.
 * Engage with mentors and senior engineers to enhance technical proficiency and professional development.
Qualifications
 * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
 * Foundational understanding of engineering principles, systems design, and analytical methods.
 * Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, or other relevant engineering programs.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to accuracy and detail.
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple assignments.
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
 * Ability to work well independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment.
 * Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects.
 * Knowledge of safety and quality standards in engineering operations is an advantage.
 * Previous internship, research, or project-based experience in engineering is a plus.
