Alliance Medica l are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in our Head Office in Raheen, Limerick.

Contract: Full time, permanent contract Working hours: 37.5 hours per week - 08:*******:00 (1 hour lunch) This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering outstanding care in a healthcare setting.
Overall Purpose Duties: Delivering quality invoices to the customers.
Provide professional and accurate credit control at all times.
Maintain up to date billing ensuring that all relevant debtors have been billed by the end of the first working week after month end.
Maintain Unresolved appointments on the system.
Chase overdue invoices by phone, e-mail within agreed timescales Accurate allocation of payments / remittances on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain Lodgements made by the various centres.
Follow established procedures for processing and recording receipts, credit notes, cheque refunds, adjustments, price changes etc.
Investigate and resolve any queries arising from patients, centres, hospitals, debtors, managers, and health insurers as swiftly as possible.
Debtor Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Preparation of necessary reports as specified by the Credit Manager and Chief Financial Officer.
To act as cover for team members in their absence.
Requirements for the role: 2 to 3 years' experience in accounts receivable SAP Accounts experience desirable but not essential.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
