Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Van Driver to carry out early morning multi-drop deliveries in Galway and nearby areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of goods while providing a professional service to customers.
This is a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities Carry out early morning multi-drop deliveries according to a scheduled route Load and unload goods safely and efficiently Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in full Complete delivery paperwork / use handheld delivery systems as required Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company van Adhere to road safety regulations and company procedures Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner Requirements Full, clean Category B driving licence Previous multi-drop delivery experience desirable (training can be provided) Good knowledge of Galway city and surrounding areas Ability to work early morning starts Physically fit and capable of manual handling Strong time management and organisational skills Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude Legal right to work in Ireland CorkGalJunior
