A well-established medical organisation based in Dublin 9 are looking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join its busy finance team. This opportunity offers an excellent start to the new year for a candidate looking to grow their financial administration experience in a supportive and professional environment.
The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for reviewing and processing supplier invoices, matching stock and non-stock invoices on their finance system, assisting with supplier statement reconciliations, resolving queries, and helping prepare supplier payments. The role also involves responding to supplier enquiries promptly and completing ad-hoc reports and tasks as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years AP or general accounts experience with strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent IT proficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their finance career in the new year
