HR Manager
Vickerstock is seeking a strategic HR Manager to join our talented Human Resources Team in County Tipperary. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in building a best-in-class HR function and collaborating with our Managing Director and stakeholders to achieve business demands.

Your Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and company stakeholders, providing guidance and support to execute the company's overall agenda.
* Devising, reviewing and updating the company's current HR policies, strategies and procedures to align with business goals and legislative requirements.
* Provide HR advisory support and advice to departmental managers on employee relations matters.
Your Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience at HR Manager level.
* Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations and HRIS systems.
* Skilled in training and development, absence management and performance reviews.
* Ability to develop relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers.
* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability and adaptability.
* CIPD qualification or HR degree preferred.
