About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing payroll, and ensuring the company's accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and managing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments
* Handling payroll, including processing wages, deductions, and tax compliance
* Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts
* Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
* Assisting with budgeting and financial planning
* Managing VAT returns and other tax-related duties
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure financial efficiency
* Assisting with audits and financial reviews
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an accounting role, strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
