Insurance Analyst
The Insurance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Reporting Manager and contributing to the overall success of the global insurance group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for multiple entities within the group, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
* Perform premium validation checks for Annual Plans, Quarterly Forecasts, and Year-End figures, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
* Oversee end-to-end processing and completion of premium and commission invoicing, promptly resolving related data queries or issues.
* Manage processing of claims, program costs, and claims handling invoices, maintaining adherence to operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Maintain and manage relationships with tax services outsourcing providers to ensure efficient operations.
* Assist in budgeting and reforecasting activities to support financial planning, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns within set timeframes.
* Prepare reconciliations for Claims Paid and Claims Fees, adhering to operational processes and timelines.
Requirements and Skills:
* 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
* Strong understanding of claims and reconciliation processes, with a focus on achieving high accuracy in financial and operational processes.
* Insurance Accounting and Reconciliation skills are essential for this role.
