Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook traditional-style pizzas, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
* Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain ingredient freshness and availability.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
* Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
* Strive for continuous improvement in pizza quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a pizza chef or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and using a wood-fired oven.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
* Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.
