The successful candidate will work closely with farmers, dealers, and distributors, managing the full sales process from lead generation through to after-sales support, while representing Pearson Milking Technology at customer visits and industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new sales opportunities within an assigned areaManage and close sales leads while ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and dealersAssist agents and dealers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processConduct regular customer visits and represent the company at trade shows and industry eventsUnderstand technical drawings and specifications and communicate these effectively to end usersCoordinate distributor and customer visits to Pearson Milking Technology HQ in Athy, Co.
