What You'll Do:
Design & Build: Create reports, metrics, and dashboards using tools such as SuccessFactors, Power BI, Python, Pyramid and Excel.
Manage Reporting Lifecycle: Oversee everything from requirement gathering to delivering actionable insights.
Advanced Analytics: Develop and implement solutions using statistical techniques and predictive modelling to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide data-driven recommendations.
Machine Learning: utilise Python to design and implement machine learning algorithms.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and escalate issues when necessary.
Excel Wizardry: Perform advanced Excel tasks including VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (Python, R, SAS).
Extensive experience with reporting and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Experience in predictive analytics and forecasting.
Previous experience or interest in the HR function.
