Medical PA / EA to Clinical Director in Dublin
We are seeking an experienced Medical PA to provide high-level support to the Clinical Director and Academic Lead for a leading healthcare organisation.
This role requires exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a strong ability to manage a busy office in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient running of the Clinical Director's office, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
* Provide administrative support for medical projects, committees, and regulatory compliance.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage confidential information.
* Assist with medical HR administration and liaise with senior management.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical PA or in a senior healthcare administration role.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
* A background in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
