Project Coordinator: Civils Construction
The role is central to the analysis, planning, and coordination of all aspects of the pre-construction phase from technical review through to mobilisation.
In this challenging position, you will Analyse and interpret complex landscape designs, specifications, and construction drawings, identifying potential constructability issues, risks, design conflicts, and compliance/scope gaps. You will also Collaborate with internal design, commercial, and delivery teams to propose practical solutions and lead the preparation of comprehensive pre-construction plans and documents.
This requires a strong background in engineering or construction and excellent technical, communication, and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and 3+ years experience in landscape construction, engineering, or design coordination. They will be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and document control platforms and skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
