Site Manager – Critical Utilities We are working with a well-established organisation operating within theutilities and energy infrastructure sector, currently seeking an experienced Site Managerto take ownership of a large, technically complex client site.
This is a senior, hands-on role with full responsibility forsite operations, team leadership, and commercial performance, within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
The Role As Site Manager, you will: Lead and manage the onsite team, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and compliance Act as the key point of contact for client stakeholders on site Oversee day-to-day technical operations across critical utilities infrastructure Manage subcontractors, cost control, and commercial performance Produce regular operational and financial reports Ensure all works are delivered in line with statutory, contractual, and corporate requirements About You You'll bring a strong background inindustrial or critical utilities, along with: An engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred)10+ years' post-graduate experience in utilities or energy centre environments Proven site management or supervisory experience Strong technical knowledge of systems such as HV/LV distribution, steam, boilers, water treatment, standby generation, compressed air, and automation Experience managing contractors, budgets, and client relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Desirable qualifications include Six Sigmaand formalsupervisory or management certification.
