Role
We are looking for carers nationwide who will provide high‑quality, compassionate care that allows our clients to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes. This is an ‘ON THE ROAD’ role, meaning you will travel to clients near your location on a daily basis. Arch Health has a presence across Ireland and offers support to ensure you can focus on caring rather than logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements
Driving: A full clean Irish driving licence and your own car are essential.
Communication: Fluent English (reading, written, and spoken) is essential.
Authorisation to work: Unconditional permission to work in Ireland is essential. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compliance: Must be willing to undergo National Garda Vetting and provide 2‑3 verifiable professional references. If you lived internationally, you must be able to secure and provide International Police Clearance.
Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and a "can‑do" attitude.
Experience and Qualifications: Experience and qualifications in a care setting are desirable but not essential.
