They should also have very good communication skills to deal with management, staff, customers and suppliers.
They are also expected to have experience of dealing with the requirements of our external accountant during the year when required and also at end of the financial year.
Responsibilities Bank control account preparation and reconciliations ; Debtors control account preparation and reconciliation.
The applicant will also have responsibility for debt collection.
Creditors control account preparation and reconciliation to supplier statements.
Reconciliation of goods received notes with purchase invoices.
Nominal ledger postings and accuracy.
Reconciliation of sales reports to lodgements Payroll processing using Brightpay Payroll.
A full understanding of ROS including the accurate filing of PAYE and VAT returns.
