Responsibilities

* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Participate in comprehensive training to become a trusted guide for customers—conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing enjoyable.
* Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services, stay updated on fashion and social media trends, and use knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire's fun and joyful brand.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases and piercings on social media.


About You

* Sales-Driven Energy: You enjoy making sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: You know trending content and how to translate it into a great customer experience.
* Customer-First Mentality: You understand people and help them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, preferably with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
* Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and always looking to level up.


Job Requirements

* You can conduct piercings and show patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Proficiency with a POS system to process transactions and help maintain smooth store operations.
* Completed some high school education and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Ability to stand during shifts and handle lifting 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Passion for helping customers express themselves through fashion.
* Energetic in interactions with customers and committed to excellent service.
* Aligned with Claire's values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers, employees, and management.
* Good mathematical ability for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; some stores may require you to work alone at times.
* Stay up to date with fashion trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* You can create curated fashion looks with products during your shift.
