Business Analyst (Utilities) – 6-Month Contract, Dublin
What’s involved:
Assist in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of existing solution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs
Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimisation.
Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of changes.
What you need:
10+ years’ experience in business analysis
MUST have experience working in the Utilities industry. Candidates without utilities experience will not be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What’s on offer:
