Role Summary
This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Advisory business working with leading financial institutions and to become ‘the CLM Experts’ and to transform the world of CLM. This role requires an understanding of the end‑to‑end process journeys (Client Onboarding, Maintenance, Offboarding), an appreciation of stakeholder perspectives and common business needs. We empower both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, targeted insights, and organisational change. As a Consultant, you will work directly with our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring DC deliver to the highest standards. You will drive engagements, manage client relationships, and support business growth by identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial services, exceptional problem‑solving skills, project management and/or business analysis experience, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements. Change management experience and prior success as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution are required.
Responsibilities
Work as an individual contributor under senior oversight, owning day‑to‑day client delivery and relationship.
Support delivery to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and executed.
Lead workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand business issues.
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.
Escalate risks and issues and ensure appropriate mitigation and resolution.
Document and analyse requirements, user stories, and use cases; develop solutions.
Communicate insights and recommendations in meetings, presentations, and written reports.
Act as liaison between stakeholders and users, building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders and accounts.
Provide support throughout implementation, ensuring adoption of solutions and resolving issues.
Manage small projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with clients, technicians, and management.
Contribute to internal initiatives, drive advisory expertise, and share knowledge through sessions, events, articles, presentations, and industry conferences.
Be an active member of the CLM Advisory and wider DC community.
Skills and Experience
Experience working in business transformation within financial services.
Natural analytical thinker capable of explaining complex concepts to non‑technical users and challenging the status quo.
Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.
Excellent business analysis skills (requirements elicitation, process documentation).
Strong communication and presentation skills, including influence up and down the project/client structure.
Self‑learning ability and innovative working style.
Problem‑solving aptitude for situations without clear guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Over two years’ experience in business transformation within financial services.
Desirable
Excellent understanding of Fenergo and FenX and experience on Fenergo SaaS implementation projects.
Planning and execution skills aligned to strategic objectives.
Experience working in complex environments.
Documented contributions to products, solutions, and teams, with clear articulation of value delivered.
