A primary responsibility is to assess recurring breakdowns and line performance issues, implement solutions to eliminate root causes, and leverage HPS tools to sustain high-performing equipment.The role collaborates closely with the wider maintenance team and utilizes expertise across onsite functions and the Hollister network.Responsibilities:Use line performance data weekly and monthly to identify trends and root causes of equipment failures. Develop and implement solutions in collaboration with relevant functions.Use external maintenance benchmarks (e.g., AMIS) to assess the site's maintenance strengths and weaknesses. Work with management to develop strategies to address gaps.Coach and mentor other maintenance and manufacturing teams to improve reliability engineering capabilities and site performance.Analyze maintenance costs to identify waste and develop cost-reduction solutions.Evaluate process and technical data, literature, and collaborate with support functions for process understanding.Lead the implementation of HPS tools, especially in PM, TPM, and QCO initiatives.Develop and enforce asset operation and maintenance plans to optimize asset utilization and efficiency.Ensure asset ABC analysis is accurate and updated regularly.Implement proactive maintenance approaches using risk assessment tools like FMEA and Reliability-Based Maintenance.Support Operator Asset Care principles to address performance issues early.Support CMMS system use and provide training to standardize its use.Engage with the Hollister network and other sites to share best practices and support network development.Apply life cycle asset management and perform root cause failure analysis using failure data analysis techniques.Collaborate with process and project engineering to review maintenance and installation plans, ensuring reliability and maintainability.Occasionally act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor during absences.Work Experience Required:Minimum 3+ years in a similar industry role.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Essential Functions:Strong IT skills and proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.Technical Skills and Knowledge:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies (beneficial).Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and successfully implement solutions.Innovative thinking for proposing and testing new solutions.Understanding of safety and quality regulatory requirements.Results-driven with a focus on targets and metrics.About Hollister IncorporatedHollister develops and markets healthcare products worldwide, focusing on ostomy, continence, and critical care.
