****Job Title:** Procurement Supplier Management Specialist**Location:** Dublin **Reports to:** Purchasing Director**Job Overview:**The Procurement Supplier Management Specialist is responsible for supplier management planning and implementing process improvements while collaborating with all relevant parties including Sourcing, Purchasing, Suppliers, AP, and internal end-users driving delivery and execution consistent with meeting the organisations objectives.The Procurement Supplier Management Specialist will be expected to manage and drive change management techniques including assessing, communicating, and organising reporting approaches for all project activity.The candidate for this position will ensure clear communication with all team members with regards to agreed expectations and develop business associations outside the project environment.The successful candidate is also expected to offer quality feedback and focus on all stakeholders and management levels.
The role also involves handling, modifying, and designing action plans; it also entails performing risk mitigation to reduce delays to execution.
**Job Responsibilities:*** Processes supplier onboarding requests and change requests while supporting reporting and system data cleanse initiatives / projects.
* Drive audit readiness and segregation of duties (SOD) meeting audit readiness requirements.
* Focus on ensuring procurement operations business processes are met and non-conformation or variances are approved and/or minimized supporting SOX audits.
* Evaluates vendor reliability, identifies and recommends new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive.
* Develop specifications for new contract and catalog orders driving automation through process improvements from data analysis.
* Monitors cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.
* Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of materials to determine required materials and services purchases.
* Supports Sourcing material to maintain business required inventory at planned levels (i.e., Just in Time purchases, use of EOQ - Economic Order Quantities).
**Job Qualifications:****Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**Skills and knowledge required to add value and drive success in the role.
* A graduate degree in business, finance and or purchasing **preferable** and or 3 years' experience in a global procurement supplier management operations role.
* Display of procurement mastery within a team to adhere to an execution methodology and originate high quality execution.
* Excellent verbal experience in organizing, leading, and conducting presentations by providing recommendation and guidance, mitigating risk and any effects on other systems and processes.
* Highly established working knowledge of procurement operations.
* Skills in conducting process execution reviews and updates delivering exceptional customer experience.
* Exceptionally capable of analytical thinking.
* Ability to conduct consulting tasks and explain intricate procurement procedures in nonprofessional terms.
* Delivery of training as necessary around policies, procedures, and technology.
* Exceptional knowledge of ERP systems.
i.e.Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Workday, Concur, Tableau etc.
* Exceptionally good working knowledge of MS office suite including Teams, OneDrive and Zoom programs.
**Drive business continuity in EMEA within the Global Strategic Team (GSS) team, supporting across the end-to-end purchasing process of goods and services in line with audit readiness requirements.
Assisting with sourcing initiatives, contract analysis, reporting and delivering exceptional customer experience.
