The successful Associate will work in a fast paced environment in the clinical negligence, healthcare, regulatory and life sciences' team led by Managing Partner and Head of Healthcare, Joanne O'Sullivan.
We are interested in speaking to candidates with litigation experience in healthcare matters.
Our team in Dublin has expanded significantly we are now over 80 strong with further growth planned.

Team Kennedys' Healthcare team is a dynamic and successful team advising clinicians, hospitals, allied healthcare professionals and their insurers on both contentious and non-contentious healthcare legal issues, including, but not limited to medical malpractice litigation, handling a large volume of sensitive and high profile cases, inquests, health law advice and regulatory matters.
The life sciences' team advise pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and med-tech companies and their insurers on high profile, multi-jurisdiction litigation.
