Key Responsibilities
* Build and develop account relationships to identify clients' requirements with a solution orientated approach to qualify and close sales efficiently.
* Perform outbound activities/lead generation to target potential revenue opportunities and build a revenue pipeline aligned to targets.
* Develop relationships with a client centric approach through phone, email, social media and professional networking.
* Drive growth by selling HR, Employment Law and H&S services to businesses aligned to targets.
* Manage the sales process and develop your accounts from initial contact to closure.
Requirements
* Qualification in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Ideally 2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with HR professionals.
* Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
