Project Support Engineer - Ireland, Dublin (12 Months Initial Contract)

The company produces, packs, and distributes sterile injectable medicines. More than one million injectable medicines are produced, packaged and distributed daily, travelling to 170 countries worldwide.
In this position, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a new state‑of‑the‑art facility on an exciting CapEx project in Dublin, on an initial 12‑month contract.
What You’ll Do
Collation of project templates, technical guidelines, and tools for the team’s resource bank/library
Organisation of the library with the end‑user in mind to ensure maximum uptake of the resource
Contributing to setting up a SharePoint site for end‑user ease of access
Innovating models of engagement between the team and internal customers
What You’ll Need
A 3rd‑level qualification in Engineering or Project Management
Experience in data analytics and template creation
Strong Excel skills for organisation, tracking and/or scheduling (essential)
Knowledge of Power BI and MS Project is advantageous
Experience within Pharmaceutical/Biopharma or similar projects
