OverviewTitle: Arabic speaking Channel Account Manager (MEA)Location: County Cork, Ireland (hybrid or fully remote for candidates outside commutable distance). Must permanently reside in Ireland.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and manage day‑to‑day relationships with channel partners, including value‑added resellers, distributors, systems integrators and strategic software partners (primarily Turkey, Middle East and Africa).Act as liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners and Ingram Micro MEA.Build, maintain and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.Establish productive, professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts.Coordinate Keeper personnel (support, service and management resources) to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.Manage direct/channel conflict by fostering excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams.Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.Participate in partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones.Identify partner GTM or services offerings; work with partner sales resources and marketing to launch offerings and achieve incremental joint revenue.Build relationships with technology vendors to identify greenfield opportunities with shared partners.Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel‑generated leads.Plan and execute Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation with the Strategic Partner group.Travel locally and nationally to customer meetings; rent and/or operate a company vehicle when required.Qualifications5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.Bilingual in English and Arabic (verbal and written).Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners.Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team‑oriented atmosphere.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Extremely motivated and goal‑oriented.Desire for a career‑oriented environment that is both fun and professional.Alignment with Keeper's values and commitment to them.Willingness to travel up to 50%.Benefits: Private healthcare (no wait period), Sick Pay, Bike‑to‑Work Scheme (if local).Keeper is an equal opportunity employer.
