We are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of Meetings and Events Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with experience in sales or meeting & events, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
About the Role
* Manage a team of two executives to support business objectives.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders on proactive sales strategy and identifying opportunities.
* Nurture existing and secure new business leads following a structured sales process.
* Promote awareness and lead conversion of corporate conferences, small and large meetings, weddings, and special events.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales or meeting & events, with a creative approach to problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
