Business Analyst - HR / Technology Projects (On-site)
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support HR and technology transformation projects, working closely with HR teams, HRIS, and technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Gather and document business requirements
Translate needs into clear functional specifications
Support HR system and process improvements
Work with SMEs and technical teams to resolve issues
Support testing, go-lives, and post-implementation activities
Assist with reporting, risks, and project tracking
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a Business Analyst or HR systems role
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
Experience working in HR or process-driven environments
Nice to Have
Experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g. ADP or similar)
Exposure to global HR or multi-country projects
Experience supporting testing or change management
HR transformation or HRIS project exposure
