Job Role
As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for attending customer sites to install and maintain signs.
The primary location of this role will be the Midlands to Dublin region; however, travel nationwide may be required. A company van is provided for work-related activities.
This is a field service role that requires a full driver's license.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend customer sites for allocated sign installation and maintenance work.
* Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct routine maintenance and repair work as required.
* Complete necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Work collaboratively with team members and liaise professionally with clients.
* Adhere to company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
* Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition.
* Ensure site cleanliness and proper disposal of materials post-installation.
* Occasionally undertake overnight stays when required for work assignments.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
* Full driver's license required.
* Willingness to travel across the country and stay overnight when necessary.
* Positive, can-do attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Good time management and ability to work independently.
* Current Safe Pass certification is desirable (training can be provided if needed).
* Additional relevant certifications are advantageous.
* Understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance in the industry.
