Olympian Gymnastics is Ireland's largest gymnastics provider with over 100 classes per week in seven clubs in the South Dublin Area and one new state-of-the-art club in Naas. We offer gymnastics-based movement classes for children aged 18 months and above, focusing on social development and interaction. Role Description
As a new Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for implementing the company`s programmes and to progress your gymnasts to achieve their goals. We will provide full training to progress your skills and confidence to enable you to take your own group within a class. We are passionate about all of our members having a safe, fun experience within our classes, and we are looking for the right people with a positive attitude to strive in helping us to deliver this
Most of our classes last between 45 minutes to 2 hours and are all varied - from GymTOTS, GymKIDZ, GymTEENS, Additional Needs, and Adult Gymnastics classes - we really do offer something for everyone We also have 10 GymTEAMS which is our display gymnastics programme for our more advanced gymnasts. Each programme has been developed over a number of years and are all currently running throughout all of our venues. All coaches will be provided with full training, programme plans, and uniform, along with support from our lead coach and management team.

Candidate requirements (essential = E / desirable = D)
* Experience working with children in a childcare or sports environment (D)
* Experience working or participating in a gymnastics environment (D)
* Excellent communication skills (E)
* Ability to work as both part of a team and independently (E)
* Excellent timekeeping and time management skills (E)
* Willingness to be trained within the company, and pursue personal development in understanding the skills and sport (E)
* Access to own transport with full driving license and insurance (D)
Candidate compliance requirements
* Candidates must be aged 16+
* Candidates must have proof of right to work within Ireland
* Candidates must be willing to be Garda vetted
* Candidates must be willing to obtain a Safeguarding level 1 certification
* Candidates must be willing to obtain a First aid qualification
* Candidates must have good English language skills / be able to effectively communicate to colleagues and members
