DaVita has an open position for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) who must be an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader. You will directly impact patient care as a trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Healthcare experience is not required!
Responsibilities include:
1. Building relationships with patients and improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality initiatives.
2. Leading a clinical team, developing, mentoring, and inspiring to deliver optimal care.
3. Managing clinic operations including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, and compliance.
4. Running the clinic autonomously with support from regional leadership.
5. Fostering a positive culture aligned with company values and rewarding shared behaviors.
6. Partnering with regional directors to address employee and patient concerns.

Requirements:
1. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
2. At least one year in management or equivalent healthcare experience; 3-5 years preferred.
3. Current CPR certification or obtained within 60 days of hire.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with workforce planning and P&L management.
