This hybrid role blends analytical expertise with project delivery management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys shaping solutions and ensuring successful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisElicit, document, and validate business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.Analyse and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.Support solution design workshops, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.Define acceptance criteria and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).Project ManagementManage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through planning, execution, and closure.Develop project charters, roadmaps, timelines, and budgets; track progress against milestones.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practice (Scrum/Kanban) is followed.Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.Provide timely and transparent project status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.Collaboration & CommunicationAct as a key liaison between product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.Ensure requirements and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives.Co-ordinate with external suppliers, partners, and clients where applicable.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline (postgraduate a plus).1-3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a hybrid IT role.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent project management platforms.Solid knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desirable: Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, enterprise integrations, or compliance-driven projects.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on innovative projects across multiple industries (risk management, HR tech, fintech, compliance, etc.).A collaborative, Agile, and growth-oriented environment.Competitive salary with performance-related incentives.Professional development opportunities and exposure to leading technologies.Hybrid working model based in Swords, Dublin.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionFlexitimeOn-site parkingWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Swords, CO.
