They are hiring a Bakery Supervisor/ Manager to join this award-winning team in their flagship store, located just a 20-minute drive from Mullingar and a 30-minute drive from Lucan.

They are seeking a passionate qualified Baker, who loves to work in a busy fresh food operation and thrives under pressure. Excellent facilities and baking infrastructure to produce quality products.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and providing our clients and customers with excellent quality products and services.
* Producing large quantities of quality freshly baked breads and cakes
* Supporting and training junior personnel
* Providing quality customer service, taking customer orders, resolving queries and complaints
* Upholding the standards of merchandising in the bakery department, ensuring the product is appealing and appetising for customers to buy
Qualifications
* 2 years' experience in a fast paced retail bakery operation, but production will be considered, ideally a position of senior responsibility over ordering.
* Previous food preparation and production experience, and you must have experience and be able to bake.
* 2 years' experience as a Baker, ideally producing baked goods from scratch or par baked
* Advanced experience in food safety management, must understand food safety compliance, and have HACCP training.
* Creative flair for merchandising and displaying fresh produce
* Good communication skills and presentable
* Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
* Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible
