About the Job
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance in developing and implementing effective compliance monitoring programs. This includes providing guidance on new regulations and emerging business initiatives, identifying and managing compliance risk, preparing clear and concise reports for senior management and regulatory authorities, and delivering training across a range of compliance topics.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Compliance in the development and ongoing improvement of a risk-based compliance monitoring program
* Provide guidance on new regulations and emerging business initiatives, identifying and managing compliance risk
* Prepare clear and concise reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
* Deliver training across a range of compliance topics including Data Protection, Financial Crime Prevention, and Corporate Governance
Experience and Skills Required
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least five years of experience in a second-line compliance role within financial services. A recognized compliance qualification such as LCI or an ICA Diploma is also required. The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills, the ability to engage senior leaders and regulators, and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
