Sales Job Role Summary
This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The job location will be in our office near Thurles and customer/potential customer sites across Ireland.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base within the Irish market.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that fit the needs of each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact with our potential and existing customers in a professional manner, both in person and/or via phone and/or email.
* Follow up on sales leads, visit potential and current customers, and showcase our machines in action.
* Inform customers about different services we offer.
* Continuously understand changing market and customer requirements.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest levels of standards and customer service.
* Action any concerns the customer may have in a timely manner.
* Domonthly reports on sales and work towards KPIs set.
* Act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Knowledge/experience working on commercial vehicles/plant machinery.
* Sales and customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Create and maintain good relationships with customers.
* An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
* An engineering background is preferable.
* Good computer skills are preferable.
* HGV class 2 license preferable or willingness to undertake training when required.
About the Company
Roadvacs Ltd was established in 2015. We have offices in both Ireland and England. We provide custom-built liquid waste management solutions and are the sole distributors of several different European manufacturers in Ireland and the UK. In addition to selling machinery, we also sell related spares, do repairs and services, and provide training on the machines.
We have been growing steadily over the last 10 years and have established a strong presence in the market we operate in.
