We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Process Development to join our Portfolio Management & Delivery (PMD) team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you will lead new product introductions (NPIs) and lifecycle management projects for drug product (DP) and finished drug products (FDP).This role requires strong project leadership in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery, and ensure the smooth introduction and maintenance of products.Key ResponsibilitiesLead NPIs and product lifecycle projects, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and timelines are met.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress against milestones.Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning site SMEs, management, and global functions.Own GMP change controls and ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and financial standards.Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk/action logs.Motivate and guide project teams, resolving conflicts and enabling effective delivery.Skills & Attributes5–8 years’ experience in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in project management.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience engaging across global teams.Excellent communicator; able to translate goals into clear, measurable project plans.Skilled in risk management, problem solving, and resource allocation.High energy, self-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement.QualificationsTechnical degree or master’s (Science/Engineering preferred).Experience in portfolio management, resource management, and business case development desirable.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionStaffing and Recruiting
