Procurement Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of assigned bids and tenders, managing each stage from opportunity identification to final submission.
* Monitor relevant eTender platforms to track upcoming opportunities.
* Review and interpret tender documents, identifying key requirements and timelines.
* Draft high-quality, tailored responses using existing content and input from legal teams.
* Coordinate with partners, associates, and internal stakeholders to compile content and ensure accuracy.
* Ensure submissions are compliant with all tender requirements and submitted on time and in the correct format.
* Maintain and update bid records, including success rates, fee structures, and panel appointments.
* Support broader Business Development initiatives and assist with project work as needed.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a similar bid/tender coordination role within legal or professional services. Deep understanding of tendering best practices and bid management. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and confident working independently as well as collaboratively.
