Adult Support Worker role involves supporting vulnerable adults with physical/intellectual disabilities, autism and other needs in a community-based environment.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification.
* 1 year's experience working with vulnerable adults/adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviours.
* Strong knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* Full, clean manual driver's license and availability of own car.
* Understanding of current policy and developments in disability services.
* Ability to follow, evaluate and contribute to individual plans and methods.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role.
