Homeless Services Manager – ManpowerGroup Ireland
A leading Galway-based non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Homeless Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals experiencing homelessness. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and service development to create real, lasting change in the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a dedicated service team, fostering a positive, trauma-informed culture.
* Oversee day-to-day operations in line with organisational policies and quality standards.
* Ensure effective client engagement and support pathways into long-term housing.
* Collaborate with statutory bodies, community partners, and other stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance with health & safety standards.
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within homeless or community services.
* Minimum 3 years' experience working with vulnerable communities.
* Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Commitment to empowering people and tackling homelessness.
