We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sommelier to join our Food and Beverage Team.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented Sommelier to oversee our impressive wine cellar.
Our wine collection features over 780 labels from 20 different countries, including vintages dating back to 1934.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining a strong and vibrant wine culture throughout the resort.
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a WSET/CMS Level 2 certification (or equivalent) and possess at least 2 years' experience as a Sommelier in the luxury hospitality industry.
Candidates should also have solid knowledge of French and New World wines and be able to work effectively under pressure.
