They operate across multiple divisions, includingflooring, waterproofing, adhesives, and roofing systems, supplying high-quality solutions to thecommercial and industrial constructionsectors.With continued investment in the Irish market, they are now looking to recruit anArea Sales Managerto help grow their footprint across key product ranges.The Role:This is afield-based sales role, covering theRepublic of Ireland, with a strong focus onbuilding relationships with specialist tiling distributors. You'll be responsible for selling a diverse product portfolio, includingadhesives, grouts, sealants, etc.Whilst the client is very well established within their core product ranges, this division is a new area for the Irish market and will be heavily focused on new business. Your main priority will be to build and develop relationships with the distributors, and once those relationships have formed, the role will focus more on specification sales. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling into theconstruction sectorwho enjoys working across multiple product lines and project types.What We're Looking For:Field sales experience within the construction sector is essentialStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage projects and build relationships with specialist distributors and tiling shopsExperience selling any of the following: flooring, waterproofing, adhesives, chemicals, grouts, sealants, construction materialsSelf-motivated, well-organised, and confident in managing your own territoryBased in the Republic of Ireland, ideally Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, MidlandsThe Package:Base Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 (DOE)Bonus: 10-20% bonusCompany CarPensionPrivate Healthcare25 Days Annual LeaveThis is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global brand with a strong product portfolio and ambitious growth plans in Ireland.
