Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This role offers ample room for potential permanency down the line.
The successful candidate will be tasked with various duties including
* Monitoring and taking ownership of company banking accounts.
* Preparing and submitting VAT and other tax returns.
* Processing invoices and reconciliations.
* Assisting with accounts receivable and billing.
* Managing meeting notes and diaries.
* Providing office administration and filing services.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation principles.
They should also have experience working independently, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively.
Additional skills such as proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel are advantageous but not essential.
