Job Description:
Manage, maintain, and support the company's IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and monitor hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, networks, and applications.
Implement security measures, perform regular backups, and ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and deployments.
Document system configurations, procedures, and updates to maintain accurate IT records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a systems administrator or in a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, networking, and virtualization.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
