Sanmina Fermoys core specialization is manufacturing automation. We provide services for the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping and process validation to complex volume manufacturing & test, shipping and repair. OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: Act as a strategic partner to the business, driving people initiatives that align with organizational goals. Support and influence leaders across Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and policy development to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational and organizational objectives. Provide expert guidance and interpretation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. Drive the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Lead and support HR metrics, analytics, and reporting to inform decision making and track organizational performance. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and proactively update policies in line with regulatory and business changes. Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and workforce planning. Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and performance management practices. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR and business projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure support and Guidance for Time and Attendance administration. Ensure adherence to quality standards and industry regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Health & Safety: Support and promote compliance with Health & Safety legislation, embedding a safety-first culture across the organization. MEASUREMENTS: Performance will be evaluated against key business and HR metrics, including employee engagement, retention, compliance, and delivery of strategic objectives, aligned with annual MBOs and appraisal processes. PERSONNEL SPECIFICATIONS Qualifications and Experience: Level 8 Degree in HR or related Business discipline (or equivalent experience). 3+ years experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and influencing at all levels. Strong project management and change management experience. CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.
