OverviewMorgan McKinley is partnering with a key client to recruit a Warehouse & Distribution Branch Manager for their busy Dublin site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader with strong commercial awareness to take ownership of a flagship branch, driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role has full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, spanning warehouse, distribution, logistics, sales, and customer service functions, with a focus on operational excellence while delivering against financial targets and identifying growth opportunities in a competitive market.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic oversight and tactical execution. You will be accountable for developing and motivating your team, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring the branch achieves its operational and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Oversee warehouse, distribution, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a multi-disciplinary team, building capability and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Customer & Supplier Engagement: Build long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers, ensuring service excellence, retention, and business growth.Commercial Performance: Manage branch P&L, budgets, and margins.
