Role Overview The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a senior role with direct input into operational performance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover Lead site management teams, subcontractors, and consultants Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Control programme, cost, and quality across all projects Drive health & safety compliance and construction best practice Implement company systems, procedures, and reporting structures Provide regular progress, cost, and risk reporting to senior management Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor Strong leadership and people-management skills Track record of delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects Excellent commercial and programme management capability Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office & project management software) Package €85,000 €100,000 DOE Bonus and vehicle/allowance Long-term career progression within a stable, growing contractor APPLY NOW
