Our client is seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian to join a well-established veterinary hospital serving Rossmore and surrounding Sydney suburbs. You will work with a diverse companion animal caseload delivering wellness care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent support in a busy clinical environment that prioritises excellence in patient care and clear communication with animal owners.
Responsibilities
Participating in comprehensive wellness exams and preventive care planning
Performing routine soft tissue surgery and dental procedures with appropriate post‑operative care
Interpreting diagnostic imaging and laboratory data for clinical decision‑making
Communicating treatment plans and care instructions effectively with pet owners
Qualifications
Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent recognised in Australia
Eligibility for veterinary registration in New South Wales
Proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery
Strong communication skills and a client‑centred approach
