Quality Coordinator - Ballydine - Tipperary
Are you a dedicated Quality Coordinator ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a prominent Building Construction contractor, is seeking a skilled Quality Coordinator to work on a project in Ballydine. This onsite project role offers the chance to lead quality initiatives across diverse commercial and industrial projects, from pre‑construction planning to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance the QMS to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
* Conduct routine site audits, producing actionable reports to drive continuous improvement.
* Establish and monitor supplier quality standards to ensure raw materials meet project specifications.
* Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to streamline processes and support best practices.
* Manage the CAPA process, driving swift resolution of quality issues.
* Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to QMS requirements.
* Act as the key contact for all quality-related matters, fostering clear communication across teams and senior management.
* Promote a quality‑first mindset, embedding it across the business and project teams.
* Oversee BCAR compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Collaborate with engineers and teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality policies.
About You
* Qualification: Degree or equivalent in Quality Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: Previous quality advisor or manager on commercial/residential construction projects.
* Industry knowledge and technical expertise with a passion for delivering practical, high-quality solutions.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Autodesk BIM 360.
