We're working with a leading global property consultancy with a strong presence in Dublin. They're looking for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with at least 3 years post-APC experience to join their Professional Services and Advisory team.

Responsibilities
* Carry out Red Book-compliant valuations for secured lending and financial reporting
* Prepare and assist with valuations following internal procedures and professional standards
* Produce high-quality valuation reports across a wide area
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Analyse market data, transactions, and statistics to support valuations
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support team performance
* Assist with tenders, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner
Key skills required
* Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience as a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) working in a professional services or valuation setting.
* Drivers license and access to a vehicle is a must.
