Description
Eaton Square is Sage Intacct Partner of the Year (Ireland FY25) and a back-to-back EMEA Innovation Services Award winner. As we scale our Finance Transformation practice across Ireland and the UK, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team.
This is a delivery leadership role. The successful candidate will take full ownership of Sage Intacct ERP implementation projects from contract signature through to Hypercare completion, with personal accountability for client satisfaction, project margin, and delivery quality.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project delivery from kick-off to Hypercare, across projects ranging from 50 to 500+ consulting hours
Project governance: RAID logs, status reporting, steering committee preparation, and escalation management
Commercial performance: budget tracking, margin protection, scope control, and formal change request management
Consultant accountability: weekly delivery reviews, milestone tracking, and proactive removal of blockers
Customer success: executive stakeholder management, CSAT, and identification of expansion opportunities
UAT governance: test planning, defect management, sign-off process, and go-live readiness
Resource forecasting: consultant scheduling, capacity planning, and utilisation tracking
Delivery quality: ensuring methodology compliance at every phase gate
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
5+ years of ERP implementation project management experience
Track record delivering Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials projects
Experience managing projects with budgets from GBP/EUR 50,000 to 500,000
Multi-workstream delivery experience
Executive stakeholder management
Commercial ownership: budget management, scope control, change management
Confident using project delivery tooling (Smartsheet, Teamwork, or equivalent)
Self-directed: you manage your portfolio and elevate when needed, you do not wait to be managed
Preferred
Sage Intacct delivery experience
Professional services or SaaS implementation environment
Multi-entity finance systems exposure
PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification
